I had my AC fail on Labor Day. I called the next day and they were great. Spoke to John on the phone who helped me over the phone diagnose my issue briefly. At that point, he schedule an appointment for his tech to come out the next day. Oliver came on time and even called me before arriving. Just like I asked. The tech was very knowledgeable and proper. This is the second time I have used Ac's Heating & Air on both occasions, This company was professional and had very experienced technicians. The job was done on time, and very good communication. I had a bad compressor on a 5-year-old A/C unit for my workshop this time. This company used my warranty and found a new one; thus, I paid only for labor. This company is top-notch and professional. I had a difficult situation because I had a refrigerant leak underneath the concrete foundation of my house. The only option was to run a 50-foot new line set, which was a task. Ervin and George got the arduous job done and were experienced and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Ac's heating and Air company.
