Lupe did an incredible job of planning everything out, and being patient with me as I probably asked too many questions! :). When I got my car, there was an occasional rattle/rubbing, and Eduardo was on it immediately- he has it up in the left, and diagnosed / fixed it within 30 mins. I have zero complaint.
