When I dropped off and picked up my hybrid vehicle after shop was done with repair, car's mpg went down by 1 mile. AC was on full blast when I started the car. They made me wait for an hour to get the loaner car which could have been done ahead of time and the worst part is they charged for the loaner car while it was covered by insurance. They promised to work with the insurance and charge them instead they had hertz charge my credit card. Now I need to spend time and work it out 2.5 Star : Customer Service 5 Star : Returned Clean
