The service was great and the communication with them was very smooth. I had the car accident on middle of June 2025. All the Tesla body shop within 50 miles won’t be available unit Aug to check my model Y. The Tesla insurance adjuster suggested me to find the certified Tesla body shop to shorten the waiting time. I’d like to share a disappointing experience I had during my recent visit to your service center. First, the initial inspection felt unnecessarily unfriendly. The staff I interacted with seemed dismissive and argumentative, regardless of what I said. It created an uncomfortable and unwelcoming environment. Second, I had an unpleasant interaction with your estimator, Pedro. I have to say that Active Auto body is an amazing shop. I got car back yesterday and I was amazed on what I wonderful job the shop did on my car. very good body shop service provider - got my rear bump replaced and re-painted in a perfect way, free touchup to get the small / minor scratches fixed without charging me any additional. Car was washed and detailed with care! I give a 5 out of 5, recommend to anyone who is looking for qualified body shop.
3rd time using Active after a minor accident. each time they were thorough, courteous, and did a great job fixing the crash and replacing the roof rails damaged in the encounter with our garage door. communication was great. they always kept us up to date on any issues and set expectations appropriately. and best of all, they cleaned the car completely including windows!!
