5 Star : My Experience I loved the ongoing communication as our car was being repaired, how easy it was to work with them, how accurately they made their estimates and explained all their work. The car came back looking better than before the accident! Will always keep them as our go-to body shop. Pedro held true to the values and personal-yet-professional style that I appreciate from Active Auto Body.
5 Star : My Experience The team at Active Auto Body is uniformly terrific, and they work together as a team. From Christine at the front desk, to Pedro assessing our car, to Eduardo keeping us up to date and informed on the progress, to the group in the back who worked on the car and we never met, they were professional and competent, and went the extra mile to make our experience smooth. There are plenty of body shops between our home and AAB -- but we bothered to travel because we knew what quality AAB could offer.

When I dropped off and picked up my hybrid vehicle after shop was done with repair, car's mpg went down by 1 mile. AC was on full blast when I started the car. I have no idea how long they left my hybrid vehicle on with AC to drop the mpg that much without it being driven around the town. 1.5 Star : Repair Quality Job was not done right. They made me wait for an hour to get the loaner car which could have been done ahead of time and the worst part is they charged for the loaner car while it was covered by insurance.
