Quality care for over 12 years Even though I moved to Maine 6 years ago, I kept coming to ADA four times a year for dental cleanings because of the high quality of care. Thank you to those at the front desk who are so friendly and helpful, to the hygienists (especially Kim) who worked hard to help me maintain my dental health, and to the dentists (who I did not have to see too often!). Without reservation I highly recommend this practice.
Best crowns around I've got the kind of mouth where there is constantly another crown needed, or which needs replacing (from dentists long before I was at Acton Dental). Dr. K has always provided a great experience. The initial visit is as quick and painless as possible. The temporary crown isn't a compromise --- his fit perfectly and work almost as well as the final one. And when the permanent crown is installed, I'm always amazed at the fit and lack of discomfort. Great Dental Care Professionals This is by far the best Dental Services provider I have ever experienced - they are all great, very caring and highly professional, and the "back-office" support is superb! Excellent customer service all round. I couldn't be happier!
Beyond just routine care I had routine dental care and urgent dental work at Acton Dental. The routine care here allowed Dr. Kronenwett ( Dr. K) to take me when one tooth in the front and one tooth in the side broke off. It was noted on the routine runs the vulnerable teeth. So when I finally needed Dr.K's expert and gentle work, he and his staff J.R. was able to get me help. Friendly, thorough. The doctors, hygienists, and office staff are wonderful. Appointments are kept on time, the work is done thoroughly, options are explained, and so forth.
