Professional and Caring I recently needed to replace an older crown that was loose and allowing decay to form under it. From the first office visit to the last, I felt I was in good medical hands. The office staff were caring and carefully listened to my needs. I was impressed from the delivery of the Novocaine to final fitting of my new crown. I fear no more I have had a great fear of the dentist for years and years, needless to say I neglected my care. But NO MORE. The staff and especially my oral technician Jen have changed my attitude. Her professional caring approach made all the difference. She explained up front what to expect and was honest in her approach. I no longer fear going to the Dentist.
Dr. Block is excellent! Had to bring child in for an unexpected dental issue. The office was great at squeezing us in the same day and Dr. Block was outstanding at fixing the problem and addressing our concerns. He spent a lot of time with us. What a relief. The care we receive here has always been excellent and I highly recommend them.
Love the service!!! Everyone is so caring and helpful in office. Love Donna!! Couldn't ask for a better hygienist. Appreciate the text and email appointment reminders.
