dental cleaning I had my regular cleaning with Donna. She was polite and professional. But I think she uses "too much force" during the cleaning; the gum around my teeth was cut which caused bleeding. I understand she is trying to do a "better" cleaning job; but she really could use more "finesse"... With all due respect, I would like to request to have someone else to clean my teeth going forward. Thanks. Biao (Bill) Ren

no sweat! I've been a patient at this practice for many years, as have all members of my family. Every member of the staff I interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. My hygienist's technique was careful ,firm and gentle.
Emergency visit Acton Dental made a same day appt. for my mother in law for severe tooth pain that started over the weekend. She has an abscess and Dr. Block immediately prescribed antibiotics, pain meds and a follow up appt. with an oral surgeon. The entire staff was so kind and treated my mother in law (moderate dementia) with such respect. I am grateful for the care and attention.
Friendly From the office staff to the dental hygienist, they are all friendly. Secretary greets you at the door. Checking out was easy, nice and friendly.
High quality, friendly and professional Despite the minor discomfort of teeth cleaning the experience was made particularly worthwhile by the technician who efficient and friendly.
Donna Walsh is great Professional, thorough and a delightful person, she is an outstanding hygienist. I haven't been a patient of Dr. K very long but I've been with this practice for 34 years and never once though of going anywhere else.
Just like family The fixing of a chipped filling was painless and stress free as usual!
high quality service My hygienist is very informative and thorough. A bit heavy handed but once I told her how much it hurt she eased back. I do have to return for some work but I felt good after the appointment.
