I have been a patient at Acton Dental for twenty four years and have received excellent care from both Dr. O' Grodnick and Donna Walsh. Donna is a treasure and an excellent hygienist. Now that I live on Martha's Vineyard I continue to see Donna despite the distance and difficulty of making ferry reservations. While an appointment costs me a full day of work it is well worth it!
Front office warm and friendly - remembered my name when I walked in. That makes one feel great! Not just a number. Same applies to the dental hygienist. Very friendly and proficient. Gave good advice and encouragement for dental care.
I came in for a cleaning today with Cheryl and had a fantastic experience. I am generally nervous about dental appointments but I found Cheryl to be extremely kind, gentle and informative. She took time to answer all my questions, including her personal experience with a dental procedure I was nervous about. All the staff at ADA are very friendly and engaging. Thanks for a great appt!
