Costumer waiting is coughing,ask for water they don’t have. I opened the refrigerator to see if I can help him. A bunch of half open waters. I felt bad for him.
I serviced my 2013 Acura MDX at Acura of Brooklyn for the 4th time and like before it was awful. MY bill came to $1270 because they had to correct my transmission. They were supposed to complete a full servicing and they add WATER in my windscreen wiper fluid container instead of the windscreen wiper fluid that they charged me for. they charge a base price $170 of to do the simplest thing. Do not service your vehicle at Acura of Brooklyn on Nostrand Avenue. They are unprofessional and deceitful. Dropped my MDX off for an oil change and tire rotation. They said they would call me when the work was completed. After 5 hours I called asking about my vehicle. They said it wasn't ready. I called back 2 hours later and was told to come in to pick up my car. When I get there I still had to wait over an hour. When they brought me my car and it was filthy and the tires were not rotated. I brought car for an oil change in the morning and I picked up the car in the evening. The car and especially all windows was returned dirty and in oil. All windows dirty with oil and grease. Could not see anything through the windows, must wash the car now. Another time I brought the car for an oil change and waited for 3 hours for an oil change. Acura is a good car but service here (Plaza Acura of Brooklyn) is not very good.
I was told the Airbag Recall job will take 45 mins. When I actually dropped off the car, they quoted 3 hours. It ended up taking 7+ hours and my car was not even pulled into the garage until I showed up 6 hours after the drop-off this morning. The Service Department prioritized paid other paid jobs over my recall service. If they were upfront about the wait time, it would have been acceptable.
Richard was suppose to call me back for something that is very important in my car and he never did and its very slow in there everybody makes a fuss face and dont want to do their job!
I called today (Sunday) to ensure they were open as I wanted to look at and test drive the RDX. Not only were they open, the gentlemen set me up for a 3:30 appointment. I got there a little past 3:00, so I was roughly 20-25 minutes early. Unfortunately, I could not recall the gentleman's name who booked me.
