RecommendedMy experience with Acura of Brooklyn was the best. And a lot of the reason for that was Ewa. She is thoroughly competent and business like, but even more important she has an extremely warm personality. Even on America's Got Talent you can vote 10 times for the same person. So I chose to give Ewa my 10 vote's.
My sales associate Ewa, was awesome! She was very diligent keeping in touch with me and finding the exact car with the color scheme I was waiting for! She was very patient after about 4 visits to the store with a few test drives. This was our first interaction with Acura of Brooklyn. The sales people we met were very nice and not pushy. We had a nice long test drive and some of the car safety features were presented. We decided to buy the car we tried and the closing went very well and smoothly. The only slightly negative thing I would say is that we signed a lot of papers but when we asked for copies, we were told they were internal documents.
