My family has been Acura customers since 1998 when we bought our brand new CL in Columbus OH. Believe it or not, we still have that car and it still runs. Through the years, we have purchased Acuras and Hondas. Not only do you get a reliable, dependable vehicle, as proven by our 1998 CL, you also receive excellent personable service. Very pleasant experience with the staff. Jorge Gomez was very open and forthcoming about the proposed deal. Jennifer in finance was very professional and explained the purchasing process and paperwork. Cesar Castillo kept me updated on the issues with my 2011 TSX. Overall it was about the best vehicle purchasing I've been involved with.
