Just Lease It! My husband and I came in to buy a used ILX. After talkeing with Andy, we changed our mind. We decided to lease a New ILX. Andy explained all the benefits of leasing in great detail. We never knew that it could be so easy. Our biggest problem now is what color do we choose. :) We are very grateful to have met Andy and will be back to upgrade when this lease is done.
Hassle free. Dealership was very reasonable during price negotiations. Once we agreed upon price, everything was taken care of promptly and properly, on the first attempt. Nothing unexpected, no delays, nothing overlooked.
Pretty solid experience I came in for a specific used car, which they no longer had, but they offered a deep discount on a new version and worked with me to offer it at a price I was comfortable with. The only drawback was they included several add-on options that I didn't necessarily want, but they indicated they were already on the car, which wasn't accurate and now I have to do a separate appointment to have them added.
