Turned my situation 180 degrees I was being jerked around by other dealers that I had looked to buy a vehicle from. I was using cargurus.com to find a Prius, messaging sellers as I searched. Fred called me back that day. Even though I had a bad Title Loan on my 2000 Durango, Fred was able to get me financed and pay out that bad loan. Easiest car buying experience Third time buyer from Acura of Peoria. This time we were looking to replace a totaled Minivan with something used. There wasn't anything in the immediate inventory but Freddy kept looking. He found something and it fit what we wanted perfectly. We test drove it and bought it. No pressure during the process and it went pretty quick.
