Outstanding Customer Service We purchased our new RDX from Jorge Gomez in January. Having purchased 27 other vehicles, this was truly a pleasure as there was absolutely no pressure to buy. Enjoying my car from Acura of Peoria I want looking for a car yet but when i saw the new Acura TLX, she was hot. I worked with Rey and he took good care of me. I appreciate his hard work and i was in and out. Other dealerships have kept me for 10 hours once there, not Rey. Love the car and having lots of fun.

Glad we went We were very hesitant about getting into a newer car with our trade in and credit situation. Neither of these things looked good at all. We were accepted with open arms and we felt welcomed! Rey got to work immediately with our trade and went above & beyond our expectations. I am so glad we made the decision to go with Rey again. Acura MDX I want recognize the easy and no pressure buying experience here at Acura of Peoria. Our salesman Eddie Bittar was simply fantastic - honest, patient and thorough. He was able to explain all the features, functions and benefits of our car buying decision. Ray Garcia the finance manager was amiable and friendly and the signing of paperwork was simple and fast.
Greatest car purchase experience!!! Edward Bittar was my salesman who is very friendly, patient, professional and knowledgable. I'm happy with a new 2017 Acura RD purchase. I didn't feel pressure a bit when it came to price and options negotiation . Edward was really helpful. I would definitely recommend my friends and relatives to visit this Acura of Peoria. Very Pleasant Buying Experience-Satisfied Just purchased a 2017 Acura RDX Advance. Our sales person was Fred Peralta. He was knowledgable, professional and courteous. I can also say the same for Paul Brown, the Sales Manager. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for the Finance Dept. The Finance Dept. employees were somewhat careless in handling all of the necessary paperwork and thus I would highly recommend that one take the time to read all documents prior to signing.
Family Friendly, Quick Processing, and Great Personnel Daniel Pires, Eugene Kwon, and Paul Brown are phenomenal. They got us into a great car and welcomed the kids with kindness! Five Stars for sure. I would always work with Eugene in financing if possible. He is the best auto finance person I have dealt with. Daniel was patient and continued to offer options. I really appreciated that Paul offered insight into options. I am glad they were so accommodating and great with the kids when we brought McDonald's back for them.
Two Time MDX Owner Purchased new car a few days ago and had a great experience. I didn't appreciate the finance manager's approach to get me to purchase additional warranties, but I understand that he is probably pressured to do so by the dealership. It took some negotiating to get to a price that I was comfortable with (I was there for almost six hours...), but I ended up leaving happy. Kudos to Caleb the sales manager and Daniel the sales & leasing consultant!
