Acura ILX This was easily the best experience i had with any dealership. When my husband and I first arrived we were greeted by Eddie he was very friendly and easy to talk to. He treated us with respect and gave us everything we asked for. I was really surprised by how easy this car buying experience was. Most dealerships treat us like we don't know anything and try to screw us out of a good deal. Granted we are in our early 20's. I am very pleased to say that when i buy another Acura i will be returning to this dealership!

Awesome Customerservice I was looking into an RDX and given where I live, Acura of Peoria was the last dealership I looked at. Of the three locations in Phoenix, I felt the most welcomed at Peoria. Freddy was a pleasure to work with, even made accommodations to his schedule to make an appointment with me. I never felt pressured to buy and he answered any questions me and my family had. He worked hard to get me the best deal on my new RDX.

Great customer service This was the best experience we had in purchasing a new vehicle. Darren made us very comfortable right from the start, answered all our questions and explained the vehicle from inside out. Ray made us feel like we were part of his family, did not pressure us into anything and explained all the packages so we fully understood what we were getting. We have purchased quite a few vehicles over the years and this by far was our best experience.

Best Dealer They were not high pressured at all I've been in there several times very friendly told them I wanted to wait until my husband was here they did they waited several months. I really appreciate them not being high pressure like other dealers in the area

exceptional salesperson The salesperson we had was excellent. Fred Peralta was well versed in all aspects of the technology of the Acura RDX we purchased. Fred was patient with all the questions and concerns we had. We could not have expected a better salesperson.

Great MDX buying experience I first visited Acura of Peoria six months ago just looking and not sure what I was specifically looking for. This is when I first met Chaz, who was very patient in showing me various models which I maybe interested in. He stayed in contact with me just to check in though the summer without pressuring me as to when I would decide. The time arrived to buy but Chaz was pulled away due to an emergency. Pleasant I had a very pleasant experience working with Jessica, Brian, and Eugene. Everyone was very nice and Never felt that I was being pushed to do something I was uncomfortable with.

Great Experience Bought an RDX in under 2 hours. Great service and a trustworthy staff.....no complaints here! The beat Acura of North Scottsdale's price by $1k and were super easy to deal with.

Better than I was expecting The staff at Peoria Acura treated me better than I expected. I was treated like I've been buying from them for years, even though this was my first. I'm relocating to Phoenix and they made the experience easy and seamless. I look forward to dealing with them for years. Eddie was awesome in communicating with me before my arrival in Phoenix.
