Great Team - Sales to Service! I've never met an unpleasant person at this dealership. I purchased a car from Jorge the first time around; he connected with me very well and it was a very pleasant experience. Several months later I totaled that car. As soon as the dealership found out Matt, my service advisor whom I'd only met twice, called me to check on my wellbeing and urged me to head to the doctor to ensure I wasn't internally injured. Awesome experience with Sara Frey This is our second experience working with Sara. We loved working with her so much with our RDX that when we were ready to upsize our vehicle to an MDX we asked specifically to work with Sara. Besides her great customer service skills, she is honest and does everything she can to make the deal happen. Great Customer Service with Freddy Peralta Went to the Peoria Acura Dealership several times while trying to narrow down our choice of vehicle. Worked with Freddy Peralta each time - he was professional, very friendly, patient, and quite knowledgeable. Great Experience Great experience!! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Alex & team went out of their way to make sure we were able to purchase the car we wanted. The even provided us a loaner vehicle while we waited for our car to be shipped to them. Would gladly recommend them to any of our friends or neighbors.
