Acura of Peoria has always acted as if it is their pleasure to take care of my vehicle. They seem to genuinely care about things that I may need or have experienced and go out of their way to make me feel as if I am one of their important clients. During the pandemic they all had mask on and were respectful of others in every regard. The waiting room is clean and welcoming and they always wash my car! Great Service Department. Great troubleshooting skills, knowledgeable technicians, Service Advisors such as Matthew and manager Vince keep my vehicle in tip top shape at reasonable costs. Their help is making my 2001 CL type 2 goal of 300,000 miles a reality.

First, we feel a little loss when the sell man we had appointment with was not there. But Chris Hefle and his team were filled in and help us through the whole process. Overall, friendly staffs, clean show room and great deal.

It was a great experience, which is honestly the first time I can say that after nearly a dozen purchases at a new auto dealership.
