The stress-less car buying experience. Alex was very easy going and to the point. He did not push me or rush me in anyway. He simply explained things in a way that made them make sense to me. Simplifies the buying experience making it easy John Lozano (likes to be called J Lo) made my walk-in experience very straight forward and easy to understand between the different Acura models. I am not a technical computer freak but he was able to sort out the difference between the characteristics of the latest computerized features so that it was very easy to understand when they were used and how to activate them. Best dealership we've ever dealt with We live close to another Acura dealership, but travel 45 min from home to Acura of Peoria. We have leased many vehicles from them over the years, and always get personal, friendly, and fair dealing. Ben Quail, the general manager, and Alex Gonzalez, treat us like old friends (we are by now) and make our experience very pleasant and painless. Of course, they make great deals, too.
