Pleasant, respectful and easier than expected Primarily assisted by Aaron Seabaugh. Purchased an Acura for my wife; who regularly will walk away from a deal if she does not feel respected or trusted. Aaron was a gentleman. Helpful, patient, and transparent. Also took a real pride in the dealership and how they do business. Also received assistance from the service manager, Vince. He is honest, straightforward, and his knowledge of the brand is unmatched. Michael is finance was clear, easy, and friendly.
Honestly the BEST salesman I’ve ever had! Let me start off by saying I’ve bought a number of vehicles from the dealership and have received a variety of great customer service. I never really had that “WOW that was great!” Sad I know. Anywho, back to my lovely Acura that I purchased. Great dealership, great Salesman Alex was a pleasure to work with. He very knowledgeable about the product and how everything works. He knew all the answers to all my questions, and he was personable and friendly. I couldn't be any more pleased. The dealership is also so easy to work with.
