Matthew took excellent control of the experience of obtaining the oil change and saw to it that the truck was washed and detailed to my satisfaction
Aaron was very attentive to me. He was kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I bought a used electric vehicle for my daughter who will be turning 16 soon and he was there the entire way. I asked 1 million questions and even when he didn’t have the answer he called up another dealership to get the answer. He Even dropped off the car at my house because I have no way of getting the new car there.
I have not used the dealer for service since my warranty expired. I took the car in for a second opinion and estimate on repairs I was recommended from the company I was using for maintenance on the car. After inspection, the service department at Acura of Peoria came back with a much different set of repairs needed. The shop I was using to save a few dollars on oil changes and such, recommended repairs I did not even need. I was quoted extremely competitive prices for the remaining repairs I do need. Bought the Acurda MDX PMC edition. Everyone was extremely helpful and easy to work with. Honest, professional, courteous. Great team... they worked together and were very efficient in getting my deal closed. Appreciate the vehicle delivery and the time they took to explain and set up my MDX upon delivery.
