Paul Brown & Aaron Seabaugh & Steve Galvan are the best! I am a widow and was nervous about getting a new car. Paul Brown and Aaron Seabaugh made the process an excellent experience for me. Steve Galvan even came with me to my house and programed the car to open my garage door, plus walking me through all the RDX has to offer. I would highly recommend Acura of Peoria!!!!
Brian Appleton met us at the door, walked us through the service plan to be provided and told us our car would be ready in about an hour and it was ready in 55min. Brian answered all of our questions and was a pleasure to work with. Great experience.
Excellent service and friendly, accommodating staff Alex expedited service so shorten my wait time. He was very accommodating to ensure I could socially distance while waiting. Service provided was excellent. Jorge was kind enough to provide payoff information on my vehicle
Fantastic service ! AAA I WAS A BMW driver for the last 20 years and I had such a bad experience with the company and the dealership that I decided to explore other options. My first car back when I was 18 (only few years ago ha!) was an Acura white Integra LS Special edition (wow white rims :-) ) and I loved the car (car accident I was ok but the car was total) well to make the story long short, I went to the dealership in Peoria and the service was so great that I ended leasing the new TLX. Aaron Seabaugh- Best Customer Service! My experience overall was phenomenal! I initially started my search online and inquired about a vehicle and my trade in. Acura of Peoria is a fantastic dealership. I purchased my TLX in CA but have it serviced here. Brian is an awesome service advisor. The dealership is clearly well-run and professional and I always feel like I’m getting good value for my money.
