Best dealership we've ever dealt with We live close to another Acura dealership, but travel 45 min from home to Acura of Peoria. We have leased many vehicles from them over the years, and always get personal, friendly, and fair dealing. Ben Quail, the general manager, and Alex Gonzalez, treat us like old friends (we are by now) and make our experience very pleasant and painless. Of course, they make great deals, too. Good Times Alex and Aaron are both excellent at customer service. When I initially checked into a specific Acura and wasn’t able to find it, Alex would periodically call me to let me know if they received a new vehicle that I might like. I eventually found one online that I was interested in. Alex wasn’t in the office that day, but Aaron took over and worked merticulousy to come up with a deal that worked for me. Overall excellent experience, no pressure, friendly service, would definitely recommend :-)

Always an outstanding car buying experience I sooo enjoyed buying a TLX from Alex Gonzalez in 2014, that I was happy to go back to him to buy an RDX this year. Even before the new model RDXs had arrived and details were few, Alex shared all the info he was privy to and kept me apprised of updates as he received them. Friendly and Efficient Alex Gonzalez, Chaz Spielvogel, and Ray Garcia were a pleasure to interact with. I brought my family with me to change our lease over to a 2018 MDX. All of the employees were attentive to me, my wife, and my two year old child. I have always had a good experience dealing with this dealership and its people and look forward to coming back.

purchase of certified used acura John Lozano was absolutely fantastic to work with on the purchasing of our 2015 Acura RDX. He knows what true customer service is about. If I ever need to purchase another car, I will turn to him. He made sure that all the details were taken care of before I even asked . Car shopping experience like no other Came in there to lease an ILX and they only had one left in white, but I told myself I wouldn’t get white. Somehow, there amazing skills and techniques for me to get the white ILX. Alex was great and so was everyone else there! Really glad that I went to this dealership. Also, Alex drove all the way to downtown Phoenix to pick me up!
