JR was my service rep. He gave me an initial estimate of the cost to do the scheduled maintenance and other items that I requested. When additional repairs were required, he notified me to get authorization to proceed. The work was done in the required time agreed upon. the car wash facility was not operational on the day of my appointment, but when I returned (without an appointment), the dealership had my car washed in 15 minutes.
Well, I bought my car in November, 2016. Although the car I purchased has been nothing short of a piece of crap, the service I have been receiving every month (that's how much I'm in there!) is VERY good! I'm always accommodated, welcomed and the staff is very gracious to me..namely, Anthony Napenias, Preston Clark, Ryan (sales), and Ed (General Manager).
