Their service, since purchasing my vehicle, has always been great. This one, to date, has been the best. I showed up 15 minutes until closing and the service team was still very accommodating and attentive. Although my vehicle was not going to be assessed that day, they did assure me that it would be looked at the following morning and they provided me with a loaner vehicle upon request. Kudos to this team of professionals.
Fast and friendly service. They thoroughly checked my car and let me know very clearly if there were any problems. Recommend.
Anthony has been my 2nd service person since I purchased the car at that dealership. Hands down the best! They always make sure my vehicle is up to date on and TSR/Recalls, warn me in advance of any issues that may need to be looked at before the next service.
Anthony always takes care of me. ..goes over all details of service and gives estimate for future repairs/service that will be needed.
Can’t say enough good things about my experience here! After coming from Larson, Audi, selling my vehicle solely because of how horrible their service was, this was a breath of fresh air! Acura is doing it right, thanks O’Brien Group!

Been coming to Acura Seattle for ten years. Though with the pandemic their service amenities have waned, the personnel have done their best to give a personal touch which sets them above any other service shop or dealership. John and his team did not fall short of that during our service call this week. I do hope that they will be able to go to full capacity again soon.
