Serviced my 2015 RDX. Dary is very customer service oriented. He carefully explained everything that was needed and done to my RDX and thoroughly answered all my questions.

I love taking my Acura MDX to this shop for its Maintenance. All the customer service agents that I have worked with have been top notch and kept me in the loop. Brent even went out of the way to get me a loaner vehicle without me pre arranging for one. I really appreciate the shop staff that work on my vehicle as it’s always left like it was when I got it, if not a little cleaner! Thank you for all you guys do!

Very pleasant experience, staff is very friendly. I hope COVID restrictions will be lifted soon, as they require you to seat quite far from the service representative which makes it hard to communicate at times

Anthony was efficient and helpful, but steak and eggs would be nice. ;-) Tim is a great salesman. He scares me, that every time I come in, I may be convinced to buy a car. He's low pressure, smooth and uber knowledgeable about the products.

I have had an amazing experience with communication and handling of some mechanical issues that my car has had. We purchased a 2017 MDX and we did some custom upgrades and the work needed to be fixed, Jonathan was super quick to contact the vendor and have the work cometed to our satisfaction. Anthony in service is outstanding and always takes care of our new car like it was his own. I leave there feeling like he would put his own family in this car and safely drive it anywhere.
