Really poor experience. Was told to start accutane with no mention of how it would affect my eczema Told I could not get a referral to mayo clinic nor a work accommodation letter. I've been on a 2 year saga of issues and I walked out feeling like nothing happened. Pointless visit. Will not be coming again.
Dr. Nick seemed rushed
I had a very uncomfortable annual visit on 3/31/2026 with Scott Smith, P.A. and the front desk staff. I told the staff assistant who took me to the exam room and asked some health questions of me, that I did not want to go through what I went through last year when examined by Scott Smith, P.A. Last year he said I had a few lesions that appeared to be pre-cancerous so he wanted to freeze them to remove them. He also wanted to remove a 'lesion' to have it tested. Holly was her usual competent self The "assistant " was extremely unskilled administrating the numbing agent I've had lots of dermatology procedures and have never felt the pain I did with her injections I don't want her to touch me ever again
