Adam was great! Being a First time home buyer is stressful enough, he was available to answer all my questions. He didn't make be feel dumb. I just wanted to understand the process and Adam was there every step of the way. At the end there was a delay with the appraisal and the realtor was pressuring to get things done by closing and stressing me out. Adam reassured that all things will work out by closing and it did. We missed the closing date by a couple weeks due to an issue the underwriter “found” just a couple days before the original closing date. All information had been submitted for weeks before that and I feel the issue should have been seen earlier that way it could have been resolved and could have made the original closing date. I don’t think this was Adam’s fault as an individual but it would affect whether I would recommend this company to others just because of the underwriter issue.
