Moving from another state and buying a house remotely can be nerve-wracking, to say the least. But Dave was more than just a realtor. He was a constant support, always there for us. He answered all our questions, made sure we were always up to date, took care of all the paperwork, and negotiated the deal for us. He made us feel like we were more to him than just his clients. Adam helped us find a place when we were out of state. We had some unique timing requirements and were having a hard time finding landlords willing to work with us, but Adam was able to find one who was willing to take the house off the market a month before we could move in.
