The reason why I gave a 10 is because of Adam and the way he took care of servicing me during a complicated purchase because of the 3rd party appraiser. At the end of the day we got got our forever home after 4 years of trying and 14 offers we tried on different homes. We are looking forward to installing a pool and spending more time outdoors.
