Adam found us a mortgage option that would meet our needs when no one else would/could! Trying to refinance after the market and property value of your home has gone down was extremely difficult. We had extremely good credit but yet we still had little to no options due to the drop in home value from our original purchase. Thanks to Adam we were able to refinance and finish our basement.
