Adam has Meticulous Attention to Detail. That is what I want in my lender! He was very thorough and closing was a breeze. He does the work with you up front so you don't have any surprises later. He gives wise advice. Adam is responsive, available, polite, and considerate. He is the kind of lender you want on your team.

Adam was very helpful, responded quickly to all inquiries, and very patient. I highly recommend Adam for your mortgage needs. The property I was purchasing was not unwarrantable making it more difficult to obtain a loan but Adam was able to secure the loan without issue

Adam found us a mortgage option that would meet our needs when no one else would/could! Trying to refinance after the market and property value of your home has gone down was extremely difficult. We had extremely good credit but yet we still had little to no options due to the drop in home value from our original purchase. Thanks to Adam we were able to refinance and finish our basement. After my divorce I found that the financials in buying a house to be incredibly overwhelming. Adam was very patient in explaining the process and was always available to answer my questions. He understands the value he provides for his clients yet allows them to feel very much like they are part of the process; not being dictated to. I would recommend Adam to anyone interested in finding the best mortgage options for them. He will work until he finds the best possible "fit" for his clients.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Adam. We were first time home buyers with little understanding of how the entire process worked. We also had a rather complicated situation to deal with regarding assets to cash generation, and a very small window to make it all happen. Adam spent a ridiculous amount of time coaching me on the phone through the entire process. I have already, and will continue to, recommend Adam to anyone I know looking to finance a real estate transaction.

Our loan was somewhat complicated and Adam steered us through everything by quickly gaining our trust and confidence in his expertise. Buying my first home was very scary but Adam made me feel so comfortable and I trusted him. I never hesitated to ask any questions and he was always quick to respond. I still call him asking questions and I bought my house 8 months ago! He made sure my interest rate was the lowest he could get and he weighed out all my loan options so I wouldn't be house poor.
