I love my dental hygenist Tamara...she is wonderful and full of very important information about the best care for my teeth and for my family's teeth as well...she dispenses information in a way that is educational but always in an upbeat way that encourages us to want to take the best care of our teeth! We love Dr. Adams and Cheek as well...
I could not have asked for a more pleasurable experience. I was seen on the spot for an emergency and from the moment I stepped they the door I felt right at home and this was my first trip here. Dr Cheek and and his staff are first class and I would recommend anyone.
I highly recommend Dr. Adams and Cheek for your dentistry needs! It truly is a top notch and professional office. They are patient and answer any questions/concerns to make sure you feel comfortable. By far the best experience in the Triangle!

Great dentistry. No complaints Best dental hygienist in Tamara. Period. My only other comment & it is NOT a complaint: my law firm is really laid back, we laugh, we have fun, we RELAX, we have candy (I don't eat it! Ha!) and soda's & water. Maybe your office could simply somehow (and it is not easy) let your hair down a bit more and lighten up somehow? So very business like and maybe it just must be that way.
