GREAT DEAL ON A GREAT CAR I NEEDED A SPANISH TRANSLATOR TO MAKE ME COMFORTABLE AND MY SALES PERSON KEN GOT SOME ONE TO SPEAK SPANISH FOR ME. EVERYTHING WENT WELL AND I WAS ABLE TO UNDERSTAND THE WHOLE PROCESS. I ENDED UP GETTING FINANCED AT A REDUCED RATE AND WAS ABLE TO PURCHASE THE LEXUS GX 450 FOR MY WIFE. THE PEOPLE THAT HELPED ME REALLY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND THEY TOOK CARE OF ME.

NO OTHER DEALER COULD DO THIS FOR ME My car was totaled in an accident and I did not have a car to get back and forth to work. I had visited other dealerships and could not get approved for a car loan. My salesperson, Ken Allen was excellent in ensuring that all my goals were achieved. He was patient and took me through the process in a professional manner. The Finance Manager, Rene, was able to get me financed for a 2010 Nissan Altima and I drove off in it that day.
Such a relieving and pleasant experience! Bob gave excellent customer service to the both of us...an instead of walking out with one car, we left with TWO! I am sure we will be very happy with both.
