I like the second floor staff they very helpful and they try hard to help us
Good place to get help for addition saved my life more then once
Overall, the care was great. Shower floors were always wet. Clothes got wet when dressing. Meals were very salty. I told this to one of the dietary managers. She agreed. Meals were large and full of carbs. However, note that staff were very friendly. I would come back, but don't plan to! Thank you.
Food is better than the last time I was here. However, there is no soda. Overall 5 stars.

The staff from he time I called, to the maintenance workers, to the counselors are extremely helpful and go out of their way to treat people with respect and most will go the extra mile to help, and the doctors are kind and respectful and will answer questions in a way that the regular people can understand. The only complaints I have is the cleaning lady on 3 east and even more so is the kitchen worker Joanne or Joanna has a negative attitude and has no business working in this facility,other than that the staff is great an... read more
Overall this program is awesome…although the detox nurses could be more understanding and nice and not get frustrated with us when they know we have a disease ..not that it’s an excuse for bad behavior but we are I’ll which is why we are seeking help..and to have some of the nurses and drs be rude or dismissive it is not okay ..and the food is eh we need the menus again..overall I enjoy the help I get here…patients should also be allowed to get things from their bags.. I’ve had excellent medical support since I came in. I’m on the second floor I’ve dealt with nurses like Kim, Shelby, Jamie, Gifty, Kara N and Amanda! Even CNA is like Freddy go out of their way to help me! I can’t express my gratitude towards the nursing supervisor Albert! Every single day since I have arrived he has come and found me and made sure I was safe and doing the right thing. This is how I got clean when I left here in 2019. I had almost 2 years of sobriety.
