Staff really cares about patients and goes above and beyond to help. It a safe and healthy environment.
The staff here is amazing!! They actually care about your recovery and you well being. The nurses were excellent. The councilors are phenomenal. I wasn’t sure about this place when I first got here but it turned out to be one of the best places I’ve been to and I’ve been to quite a few over the years. Thank you Rich, David, Freddy, Olivia, Shelby, Amanda, Lillian, Song, Phyllis, Heather and so many more I am forgetting to mention! God bless you all and thank you ADCARE for saving my life!!!! :)
The professional staff is always great and caring for us. I found the removal of polar products offensive as the money made from government benefits of the majority of patients here who are poor and can’t afford soda. But the vending machine offers soda alienating the poor and AAC states water is best then why are the machines here???? AAC as a corporation operating with limited staff are making a fortune in profits. Shame on you.
I like the second floor staff they very helpful and they try hard to help us
Good place to get help for addition saved my life more then once
Overall, the care was great. Shower floors were always wet. Clothes got wet when dressing. Meals were very salty. I told this to one of the dietary managers. She agreed. Meals were large and full of carbs. However, note that staff were very friendly. I would come back, but don't plan to! Thank you.
Food is better than the last time I was here. However, there is no soda. Overall 5 stars.
