Verified Renter Addison Point is a great place to live. The office and maintenance staff are great and always there to help in anyway they can. The community is great. I would recommend Addison Point to anyone looking for an apartment home.
Verified Renter Addison Point offers a safe living environment, including overnight gates, alarm system on 1st floor apts. Maintenance issues are quickly and professionally handled. Leasing office staff helpful and informative during COVID pandemic. Very good location as well; close to I-40, several major roads through Gteensboro, and shopping areas.
Verified Renter The staff in the management office are very pleasant. Any request I needed for maintenance was handling in a timely manner. Addison point is a nice, well kept facility and I would truly recommend this as a place to live.
Verified Renter Addison Point is a fabulously manicured apartment community featuring a cute clubhouse available for event rentals, a pool, sand volleyball court, fitness room, and multiple picnic areas with grills among other amenities. In the age of COVID, I find myself particularly glad I choose to live here as the grounds are beautiful and lovely to walk.

Dishonest Management Initially had issues with refrigerator advised them of this and they would let someone come and just bandage the issue because the problem kept happening until i left a year later. The Storage rooms provided leaked and has bugs. No proper parking, and when leaving they charged me for marks on a counter top that were initially there because who would use a knife for anything in the middle of the counter top and i use cutting boards for everything but i guess they were trying to find anything to charge me ... read more

HAPPPINESS ABOUNDS!! Greetings! Searching for the perfect apartment community? Well this is the ONE!!! I have Lived here (and ,I mean LIVED) since 2013. Awesome amenities , super close to Expressway I-40 and shopping. Dog and cat friendly . The rent is comparable with other complexes near here! The difference you will experience living here is stress free, gated community. The office staff is simply wonderful, ample parking, and maintenance staff is spot-on! Definitely recommend

Feels like you’re welcomed and very comforted! We just moved in less than a month ago and already feel like we mad the right decision! The layout we have is great! Love the way the neighbors and staff are very friendly and have smiles on their faces. All the amenities (gym, pool, and gated entrance at night are first class) We are so happy with our decision to come here and definitely would recommend it to anyone looking for a place in the area!
