Absolutely charming, comfy and the perfect choice!!!
This was the BEST place to stay! Adelaide Inn is family owned, and I think that makes all the difference in the world! These folks care about
their property, and they care about the people who stay with them! We were delighted with our three night adventures!!
The inn is SO attractive! There are a few buildings, and each is adorned with great features! A koi pond with beautiful fish is nestled and safe in one corner of a building, while a fabulous and fun covered swing, with a picnic table in the middle!, is featured along the side of a grassy area. The parking lot is large and convenient, with signs asking for no back-in parking. That's so exhaust doesn't go into guests' rooms! How considerate! There is also a large pool - and a (truly hot) 6 guest hot tub! It's about 100 degrees, with the pool kept a little lower, so it is perfect to plunge into after a hot soaking. Lots of leisure time space and atmosphere, with a beautiful assortment of plants and shrubs too. There is a small "micro golf" course - only four holes - but they are challenging, and can be quite additive. Great yard art pieces adorn the whole inn area, making it a really pleasant place to stay in!
We had a double queen room, complete with two comfortable chairs for reading or TV watching. There was also a large desk that accommodates planning and adventures too. The TV was easy to use, and offered great entertainment features. Toward the back was a make-up area, complete with a special chair. Two sinks and mirrors made sharing the room easy for the two of us, and the toiletries were extra special! Also the little kitchenette area was especially convenient for making morning coffee and tea, to accompany the delicious fresh mini muffins and scones served in the office with fresh apples and oranges each morning. We used the refrigerator to keep sodas and such cold, and the freezer actually kept our frozen things solid! The microwave even popped my popcorn without burning it! The bathroom was spotless - and kept that way too! The towels are luxuriously soft and deep, and there are plenty already in the room! Everything was nice, clean and superior! Loved it!
That includes the bed! And the pillows! The bed was perfect - clean, fresh and SO comfortable! Just enough covers too! The pillows were perfect!!! Not foam or hard. Not downy flat. I should have checked because they were the BEST! All three nights I slept the BEST ever! Loved it!!!
I don't care if there is a little wear on a door. I don't care if there is a tiny dent on something. I DO care that where I sleep is clean, kept nice, and the folks who take my money are good people. This inn meets all of the requirements and so much more! We could not have found a nicer place to stay! This is a great inn, and we WILL return! Thanks so much!!!
Oops... forgot to add the cookies served in the afternoon are DELICIOUS! My husband is THE cookie monster, and each afternoon, he was delightfully surprised with a new wonderful cookie choice! Great with the cocoa, coffee, and tea in our room! What gracious touches - found everywhere!

Business Response:
Wow! you should be our sales manager. What a nice and detailed review. Word of mouth is our number 1 source of business and I will be sharing this review with our staff and our extended family of guests who have visited us throughout the years. Please ask for me when you return. I'd love to say hello! Bill, GM

Just another visit to my fav Paso hotel
Stayed at the Adelaide again this year for my trip to Eroica California. As always the staff is friendly - even when I manage to lock my self out of my ro
om for the second straight year in a row! Only glitch was loss of hot water on my second night but the hotel offered to move me to another room or let me use another room for my shower. Can't ask much more than that for a thoughtful accommodation. See you next year if not sooner! more »

Nice hotel with free morning baked goods!
This is a very nice hotel that is conveniently located off the Freeway 101 in Paso Robles. Their offering of cookies and morning muffins was a plus. The
staff was super nice, rooms very clean and location excellent. But, since it is an older hotel it does not have the soundproofing of newer establishments. That said, I would still stay here again. more »

Okay; forget the Ritz Carlton and other fancy hotels! This place is so very, very nice. Friendly staff, impeccable room; very lovely grounds and facility, incredibly quiet, comfortab
le bed, homey feeling, and large vanity area. Includes fridge, microwave, and coffee maker and make up mirror! I would not hesitate to stay here again or hesitate to highly recommend it to anyone. Very reasonable price we though for all that you get! Kudos to the Adelaide Inn. They were so very accommodating. more »

Our group of 10 really enjoyed our stay here
The hotel seems old-ish from the outside, but the rooms are quite nice, almost brand new and clean. Great rates and centrally located. Will definitel
y stay here next time we're in Paso. The team in reservations was helpful in setting up our block of rooms, and check in/check out process was a breeze. We even got the great tip to hire a car service for our wine tasting outing.
The only strange thing was the suite - which is billed as a 2 room suite - it's more like two rooms that are connected by a door. There is no sitting area for a group.

Rejuvenated 1950's style motorcourt motel
A rejuvenated 1950's style motor court motel replete with lawn birds and miniature golf putting greens. The rooms are small but very comfortab
le. Bed was extremely comfortable. They have good blackout shades to keep the room dark. Shower was a little old-fashioned but had great water pressure. They offer a light Continental breakfast... Just apples, oranges and muffins. Coffee pot in the room for brewing regular or decaf. The staff was friendly and efficient. more »

We stay at the Adelaide every year when visiting family. Rooms are well appointed, beds comfortable, and staff very courteous. We've tried rooms in town elsewhere, paying both less and more, but since 1988 we always return to Adelaide and it feels like home. more »

Great Inn on the Central coast.
This is a spectacular Inn In Paso Robles, I would say for the price range it is one of the best. I really do not want to review it because it is a great secret an
d don't want it to be sold out all the time.
Majority of the staff has been there for the 15 plus years I have been going up there for work and they all take such pride in this Inn.
Location is everything here, in the heart of the Paso Robles wine country and Mid State Fair grounds! Many eating establishments to choose from and many more in a short drive to center of town.
Nice pool area with a small mini golf course that is entertaining.

Good Hotel Close to the Action
The Adelaide Inn is a good value hotel, close to the freeway and fairgrounds, where we attended a weekend event. It is also close to the downtown area. The rooms a
re comfortable and equipped with refrigerators, microwave, and coffee maker. Internet is included although not secured lines. The staff is friendly, professional, and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again. more »

Classic comfort motel-style
Stopped off for non-consecutive one day stays on an auto trip from LA to Napa. The rooms are not modern but are roomy, comfortable and well designed. We stayed on the
first floor in the rear section and appreciated the great beds, the separate bathroom (sink, toilet and shower) plus a second, large sink and vanity outside the bathroom. Modern fridge, too! Short drive to old Paso Robles town center and just a block away from Highway 101. Office has cookies, fruit and muffins for guests along with local newspaper. We'll stay again, especially given the modest price. more »

Family owned and operated for over 50 years, the Adelaide Inn specializes in the guests comfort. In most of our guestrooms you will find comfortable, homey features including reclining armchairs, makeup mirrors, and flat-screen televisions with premium cable channels. The business traveler will appreciate our accommodations with amenities not usually found at comparably priced properties. Our rooms also include a working desk, refrigerator, coffeemaker, microwave, and free high speed internet with WiFi access. The Adelaide Inn’s name was taken from our favorite area with it's beautiful countryside of oak covered roads, running streams and varied wildlife in the hills west of town. It is here that one can sense a slower pace and friendly hospitality reflective of simpler times. We attempt to emulate this relaxed feeling at our Paso Robles California Hotel and we believe that this, coupled with our exceptional service, makes us one of the finest hotels in Paso Robles, CA.more »
