As always, very nice staff and clean and neat room. Normally great rates, so was surprised at the high rate. When I asked about that, it was explained to me that it was the last night of the fair. So I guess like everywhere else prices jump up...couldn't even get a AAA discount
Your rooms are very nice. This is the second time we have stayed at your hotel. I would recommend installing double pane windows to help with the exterior noise coming in from people walking to there rooms at all hours of the night. More insulation in the walls might help with the noise between rooms. We stayed in room 308 and has some very loud and rowdy neighbors in room 309 that came in about 1:00am and were very loud for over and hour, the up early in the morning making noise again.
I stayed here many years ago and was impressed with the whole experience of the Adelaide Inn. This time I called last minute and lucked out getting a room for me and my 8 year old granddaughter during the Mid State Fair. Everything was as good if not better than before. My family loves the Adelaide Inn. Everyone is friendly, the housekeeping staff superb, and the grounds are well maintained. The rooms are roomy, pleasant and the beds very comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Adelaide Inn to family and friends.
Always a wonderful stay when we are with you. The room was clean, as usual, and the access to the fairgrounds make the experience more pleasurable during the Mid State Fair. We love staying at the Adelaide. Great location, clean rooms. Love all the space to get ready before going out and how dark the room gets and stays in the morning.
