I LOVE this vet - the whole team are just incredible. Reception, the lovely nursing staff, and the Vets are exceptional. I can fully recommend the care package too. Amazing care - thank you!
I have found this practice to be exceptional. All staff are lovely and the level of care is very high. Gertie is also a "frequent flyer" at the cattery here - highly recommended also. The staff are very caring and focussed on the individual needs of each cat.Gertie is always happy to be there.
Couldn’t have asked for a better place to go to they were so understanding of my dog Angel passing away when it was a bad time for money, I also was able to get her snout and paw done I originally thought they didn’t do it and became very upset they contacted me letting me know it was actually done and were nothing but kind and understanding of how I am grieving, and they wrote a really beautiful message for angels passing too. I’ll be making this the regular place my future animals go now
Exceptional Care for Our Chow Chow, Gigi! We are so grateful to Adelaide Vet for their outstanding care and understanding of our beloved Chow Chow, Gigi. Gigi can be quite wary of male vets and strangers, but Dr. Erika has been amazing in accommodating her needs. She is incredibly patient and kind, always making sure not to push Gigi beyond her comfort zone. Dr. Erika takes the time to understand Gigi’s personality and works with her at a pace that keeps her calm and relaxed.
The team here are absolutely fantastic with my anxious dog and spicy cat. We see a lot of each other now that my dog has developed an aggressive autoimmune disease. I feel confident bringing my pets here and I never feel that I am rushed. The team are happy to answer questions, talk me through results and explain how it all ties in to the treatment. I am kept in the loop. The team are compassionate and understanding and I couldn't be happier with them.
