Fantastic dentist! Very friendly staff, lovely facility and very nicely decorated. It was extremely easy to make an appointment, we were seen quickly, and the front desk staff were very thorough in informing us about what was approved by insurance.
We took all three of our kids and they saw Dr. Alyssa and she was wonderful! All the dental hygienists were also so sweet and kind! Our kids were able to relax and allow them to all do their jobs! The receptionist is also wonderful and very attentive! Absolutely recommend!
My 15 mo old had a rough fall on the playground that resulted in a visit to this fine establishment. From the very first call which was minutes before closing to the face to face interaction, I received nothing but excellent customer service from each person I spoke to. Not a single disinterested or bad attitude from any person that I spoke to and they were able to see us the very next day. Everyone in the office is lovely. From the receptionists to the hygienists and the dentist. My son’s first dental appointment was so easy and tear free. The hygienist showed him everything and explained before she did anything and made him very comfortable. The toys, video games and TVs above the dental chairs are also great. Highly highly recommend!
I brought my 6 year old here for an emergency 3 months ago, I was so worried my daughter was going to be petrified of the dentist after that visit. I told her this morning we were going and she was actually excited. Dr.Marc is the most amazing dentist I have ever met. I wish he was my dentist. My daughter is on the spectrum. When you see a doctor interacting with your child like they have known each other forever and take all fear out of the visit- that is a keeper!
