Deceiving aesthetics and plagued with issues Looks like a very modern and beautiful apartment from the outside. Numerous issues will not become apparent unless you are very diligent in your research or experience living here for a couple months. Unfortunately, most of my interaction with residents involves complaining about mutual issues and some have already managed to terminate their lease.
