Not only she stuck by me and my husband through all the years of my fertility journey, but she also delivered my handsome little boy!!! agree that their medical practice is sound but billing is a disaster. in my case there was a divorce and I told them as soon as I received the first storage bill that we would not be moving forward and they can stop storing. I kid you not this was march or so of 2023. this week.. August 2024 I get a call that not only did they keep storing for the entire time and were going to send to collections, bills were supposedly sent to the townhome (not even the Marital home) which would have had a forwarding address to new address i... read more

However, we are legally bound by laws/regulations that require a divorce decree that specifically lays out what happens to embryos OR a notarized form which we sent to this patient when notified of the divorce. The patient has yet to provide either of these to our clinic and thus storage bills will continue to grow until you can provide these. Do not go here! Billing department is a disaster. After 5 failed IUIs, Dr Cox wanted to keep going and not try IVF. I had to start all conversations, she will tell you what you want to here to get your money. I stopped going there in 2022 and am still getting bills!! Yet, I paid in FULL each visit! But their billing department is such a mess, you keep getting bills years later! You will never escape this place. Also, I went to a different fertility specialist after adore, and got pregnant right away!

IVF is way more costly and yields much more revenue than IUIs at our center, thus if we were just after money, we would push everyone to IVF which is NOT what we do.
