The entire process was simple for my part. I talked with a couple people on the team to discuss what I was looking for and to go over some details of the process. Then I just had to upload a few pdf documents, then they set it all up. I just uploaded a couple pdf documents and e-signed some forms. They kept me updated throughout the process, and in short order, it was time to close!
