I never received a copy of my loan I didn’t get a billing statement for when my loan was due I’ve gotten nothing regarding how to set up an account I don’t even have my account number I called the general Mutual Of omaha number on the website and they say I have a late payment because my loan was due on June 1.

Process moved along very slowly, until we had to lock in a rate. We lowered our rate, which is great, but that wasn't our primary goal. Settled because the process had been taking too long, and just wanted to get it wrapped up. Could have had better and more frequent communication from our loan officer.

The process was made much longer and more difficult by one particular person. She also got caught in multiple lies between my realtor company and I. I understand this process can be daunting but when someone drops the ball on keeping me informed, being prompt with letting me know what documents I need to send and then blames outside sources for the delay rather than taking responsibility for their negligence, this does not sit well with me. The process was only saved by Adrian/Erin and Blehm
