I was thoroughly disappointed with my recent teeth cleaning appointment. The hygienist, who introduced himself as a doctor, appeared rushed and neglected to provide a thorough cleaning. It took him an exorbitant 6 minutes to complete the cleaning, leaving the assistant to finish the polishing. I initially booked an appointment with Dr. Amir Zakaria, but upon arrival, I was assigned to a different doctor without prior notice… I came in specifically for a teeth cleaning, but the actual cleaning performed by the doctor lasted only 10 minutes. Stop being so money hungry and listen to your patients. Stop thinking that your patients have not done their homework before visiting your dental office and care about your patients. Stop being so money hungry and care about your patients you will have a better dental practice.
I came for a cleaning, but it did not meet my expectations. Although the cleaning was done, the outcome was very poor. I did not feel adequately cleaned because the dentist did not take their time.
With the exception of once, I’ve left this place every time with sores in my mouth that weren’t there previously. I usually don’t have an issue with dental cleanings, but was hit in sensitive spots several times by the water de-plaquer. At that point, I felt like we should’ve just switched to manual tools, but the procedure continued, and I got hit several more times.
