Norma was outstanding in every way. I am not very smart with phone stuff and doing stuff online. She helped me thru everything and was more than patient with me. In fact I accidentally got disconnected from my own fault and she called me back and finished helping me when others would just go on to the next person. When I tell you that this place is the best place to go compared to your typical payday or title loan place, I mean it. Not only are their rates and services fair, but their customer service is unmatched. Norma helped me with my financial situation, and she was very friendly and the other girls Elisabeth and rhiana were very kind and made a point to talk to me even when I wasn’t their customer. I love this place and atmosphere.
