This place and the employees are awesome! However they charge a fortune to cash a check!!
I was greeted as soon as I came in the door and was seamlessly help/10ed with getting a flex loan that met my needs! I was also given a card the same day that just needed activated to securely access my money! I was told every term, condition, and fee and was told about all the fees and interest with no problem! I would recommend this place to anyone! 10 stars
I applied for a loan in late August, I was in a sort of dire need for a large amount of funds to put a down payment on my first apartment. The manager here was very helpful, and they explained everything in detail and gave me every opportunity to ask a question or request more information about the loan I was getting. I would give it 0 stars!! Brent at "customer care" told me my payment date could be moved to a more convenient date and then they took the money out of my checking account too early!!! What's the point of changing your due date if Brent doesn't put it in the system?!?!?! You stole my $$$ as far as I'm concerned!
