I called on 1/11 because our heater wasn’t working, we have the VIP package and part of that is 24 hour emergency service. I was told someone would call me back. Never received a call back. Don’t waste your money they don’t deliver on the services they promise.

Recommendedthey are ok. it would have been nice if when we bought our unit the salesperson had thought to suggest things to improve the life of the unit rather than trying to sell us stuffing every visit... we have a subscription plan but the cost keeps going up, this time they wanted to do a plumbing inspection... not. you're there for my AC unit... not my toilets... oh, but it's "included" .... my thought? dis-include it and lower the price. But, I'm just a customer... what do I know?
Bought a brand new unit from them 2 years ago. Condensation pump & line started leaking. Leaked all over unit and below spilling out into hallway. I poured a cup of Clorox down line to clean and my husband sucked all water out with wet vac. I called Advanced Air they came out to look at it. Tech found a small nail put into pvc line. I have heard from multiple sources that this company does stuff lik this so they will get called out and make money. I was charged $67 for something they did.

had a whole house generator installed 8-2-18 and its dead 8-17--18 was told a repair person would come out received call and was told they could not make it
