You guys did a great job
Had to call 3 times to get estimate for the belt replacement. Then it was way more expensive than I thought it would be. The appointment was very long...an estimate of a 10-minute replacement turned into a 2 1/2-hour service call. the only thing that went well was getting the appointment to replace the belt happened the day after I signed the estimate paperwork.
I can't, I wasn't there, my husband was. But every time someone comes and does maintenance something is wrong. And they all do different on maintenance. Some clean and rinse out unit outside none of that happened today. I was told it would cost 300 plus to clean coils and also told there is a leak somewhere. I have had many problems with this supposedly new unit in such a short time. First time only had the until for less than 6 months ended up in a motel for the weekend. Couldn't get the parts. Frustrated
