I had a very bad experience! The appointment booking process is a full 2 weeks with physician referral. When I made the appointment, I was told they were mailing paperwork, which I never got. I was was told to be off antihistamines for 5 days, which I was. When I arrived on time for my appointment, they told me to wait outside the building with a mask on.
