Dr. Burdge helped me avoid surgery for almost 15 years. The steroid injections for my plantar fasciitis that everyone warned me about, hardly hurt at all. I didn't appreciate how painless it was until another doctor did a steroid injection into my hand. That was sheer cruelty. Eventually, when I did have the surgery, it went well. I had one foot done, then two weeks later the second foot done. I wouldn't let any other doctor touch my feet.
